Abstract: This paper, aiming at oil-droplet under the water surface of floating oil-barrier on upper and lower reaches, after analyzing the features of oil-droplet formation, transport and diffusion, floating, the oil-droplet transport and diffusion equation, gives its boundary condition and then sets up the four point differential form is founded, and carries out the numerical computation. According to the orthogonal experiment table L8 (2`5), a numerical experiment is done. On the basis of direct analysis of orthogonal experiment, with the methods of dimensional analysis and curve fitting, the pollution zone in depth (h_max) of oil-droplet under water surface and the corresponding position's longitudinal coordinate, it also affords the experiment formula about parameter (α, n) reflecting the changing law of oil concentration on water surface in the lower reach where x>L.
