Abstract: This paper analyzes primary influence factors in measurement process of fluctuating pressure. In view of the characteristics that fluctuating pressure measurement in flow channel model is influenced by pump vibration the mode has been designed by putting use of isolating vibration principle, which can decrease the influence of pump vibration signal on fluctuating pressure and measure successfully the fluctuating pressure in flow channel under pump starting and steady operating process. According to different operating modes of pump, the fluctuating pressure signal has been sampled, analyzed and treated by adopting different acquisition frequencies. The amplitude and frequency characteristics of fluctuating pressure in various engineering cases have been obtained.
