Abstract: Following the new code of Hydrology for Sea Harbor [1] that the irregular wave diffraction coefficient in a harbor can be gained by linear superimposing the regular waves diffraction coefficient, and on the assumption that the spectra are varied on different points in a harbor due to the different water depth effect, this new model is set up. In this model an interesting point's spectrum is built by back-tracing method, and the coefficient of all the composing waves of this point is counted by singularity distribution method. Then the results of this model are compared with that of an experiment and a mild-slope-Equation-based numerical model. It shows that the introduced model in this paper is reliable.
