Study and Application on Real Time Dispatch and Management of City Water Resources

Abstract: In this paper, the theory frame of real time dispatch and management of city water resources is formed. Based on the simulated water quality and water quantity, a model of real time dispatch and management of city water resources is established that facing water user and with the function of real time evaluate, forecast, management and dispatch. The index, grade, privilege of examine and approve and promulgate flow of real time pre-warning or alarm of water resources are also presented. All these theory, model and methods have been applied in ChaoYang city of Liaoning province, P. R. China, which is one of the 18 experiment cities in real time monitor and management in all of China, and the real time dispatch and management software for Chao Yang city water resources was developed, a series of fruits were analyzed and presented. The application and practice show that the real time dispatch and management system will offer strong decision support flat for city water resources quantitative and scientific management, and will provide important support for scientific management and optimize dispatch of city water resources, and for building the real time monitor and management system, hydro-informatics system of city water resources in China.
