Abstract: Incidents of contaminated irrigated water constantly emerged in Taiwan. The pollution sources include livestock wastewater, sanitary sewage, and partial industrial effluent drained into canals without being treated. The best solution is that all wastewater be treated before being drained or reused. The prime cost of wastewater treatment included the construction of wastewater plants and operating cost. The set price on the wastewater reclaimed is the important influenced factor that acceptance by users. Therefore, the goal of this research is to analyze the cost of reclaimed water treatment which includes construction system. The system is a wastewater treatment method that is called Natural Recycling Treatment System (NRTS) of reclaimed water. The equipment and operation in conditions of different materials and scale modes were also adopted. The research found out the optimal economy curve of reclaimed water.
