Abstract: The department of Civil Engineering initiated the International Graduate Program in the field of infrastructure studies in 1982 and since then, more than two hundred students have graduated through the program. The program offers advanced professional training leading to the degrees of Master of Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering.
