Abstract: At the determination of annual and long-term regime of glacial areas are taken into account all the main peculiarities and regularities which were ascertained at the separate glaciers. As the methodical base to compute long-term series of characteristics of glaciers hydrological regime are used mathematical and physic and statistical models of accumulation and melting processes of snow and ice which describe the annual cycle of glaciers regime. Special features of climate. relief and glaciers in the each river basin are considered at the stage of data preparation for computations. To make the method for computation of the mass balance and glaciers runoff the most universal it is envisaged that the input information includes as a rule the data of network measurements of the air temperature, cloudiness, precipitation and morphometric parameters of glaciers which are contained in the Inventory of Glaciers.
