The Simulation Model of Complex Use of Water Resources on River Basin in Conditions of the Republic of Armenia

Abstract: The water resource scarcity of the Republic of Armenia needs complex and effective use On the whole the problem has a regional character and is connected with water economic systems (WES) on river basins. At present in Armenia some WES have been created and their managment problems are connected very actualy with the formation and the development of new economic relations. On this purpose the task of the complex use of water resourcees investigations on the river basins were put on [1,2, 3,5] and for this a simulation model of complex WES work has been elaborated. According to the parameters of WES (design scheme of WES; useful, dead capasities and morphometrical characteristics of all water reservoirs; characteristics of filtration and evaporation loss of reservoirs; quantity and regimes characteristics of water users and water consumers site and time of return flow of irrigation and water supply; efficencies of irrigation systems are hydroelectric stations; capasities of river beds, channels and pump stations; minimum admitable flows and their qualitatic characteristics; hydrological rows of input flows for all the design sites of WES; maximum admitable size of decrease and priorities of water users and water consumers) it givs the chance to define such work regimes of water reservoirs in its formation, in this case each water user and water consumer of the WES can be provided with the quantity and regime according to its design probabilities and guarantee accessible quality in the river beds from the point of risk of the water conservation.
