Abstract: Presented are the results of investigations carried out at the Georgian Research Institute of Power Engineering and Hydraulic Structures to obtain low-temperature heating elements characterized by high conductivity. A stable performance and a wide operating temperature range (with an upper limit of 70 to 80oC). The applicability of conductive polymeric materials as anti-icers is considered.
