This collection accommodates the papers that were presented at the 27th IAHR International Symposium on Ice, which was held in Gdańsk, Poland, on June 9-13, 2024. Gdańsk University of Technology (GdanskTECH) was the venue. This Symposium is a biennial event and its first edition was in 1970. It addresses topics relevant to ice engineering in the oceans, along coastlines as well as in rivers and lakes.
