In addition to the development of generator technology, ANDRITZ Hydro in Weiz also constructs vertical and horizontal hydro generators, tube generators, generators, and motors for pump storage power plants, and turbo generators (air-cooled turbo generators for General Electric) for ANDRITZ Hydro’s hydropower projects worldwide. The production facilities in Weiz manufacture mechanical core components, assemble generators, and conduct electrical check-ups.
