24th IAHR Asia and Pacific Division Congress

The 24th IAHR-APD Congress is an influential academic exchange platform for water science and technology in the Asia-Pacific region. Held biennially since its inception in 1978, the Congress has successfully provided opportunities to share experiences, present new research, and discuss developments in the field of water sciences.
With the theme "Water for a Changing Future," the 24th Congress focused on addressing water challenges in an evolving global context. The event brought together government officials, experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and economists to exchange knowledge and practices. It was held in Wuhan, China, from October 14 to 17, 2024, and co-organized by the Changjiang River Scientific Research Institute (CRSRI) and Sichuan University (SCU).
