Dr. Dwinanti Rika Marthanty is a senior lecturer, researcher and engineer in the Department of Civil Engineering, Universitas Indonesia. Since 2020, she acts as head Laboratory of Hydraulics, Hydrology and River at the same department. In 2018, she was awarded Australia-APEC Women in Research Fellowship, the Australian Department of Education and Training with organization from the Australian APEC. She holds a double degree doctor in Civil Engineering from Université de Lille 1, France and from Universitas Indonesia in 2016. Aside IAHR, since 2016, she also is a member of International Association Hydrological Research (IAHS). In professional society, she is certified as a professional water resources engineer by Indonesian Construction Services Development Board (LPJK). Her ongoing researches are in the fields of computational fluid dynamics, environmental fluid mechanics, urban fluid mechanics including development smoothed particle hydrodynamics method to model water flow through hydraulic structures, hydrodynamics and pollutant transport modelling in surface water system and in through porous medium. She is also interested in urban water engineering such as low impact development and water sensitive urban design.
