Francisco Javier Gomez Diaz, BSc. in Civil Engineering and MSc. in Civil Engineering with emphasis in water resources. Former researcher and consultant at the Institute of Hydraulics and Environmental Studies (IDEHA) and the Magdalena River Observatory (ORMA) at the Universidad del Norte from 2018 to 2021. Currently working in the areas of coastal and inland flood modeling, hydromorphological numerical modeling of rivers, inland and maritime navigation, risk analysis, hydrology and geographic information systems (GIS).
