Nusrat has expertise in water menagment, surface irrigation, waste water menagment, and transboubdary water cooperation and diplomacy. She has achieved Asia Pacific network young professionals proposal and training 10 days workshop award in (2020). Her research articles have published in impact factor journal. Currently she is doing her Phd thesis on transboubdary water conflict impact on intr-provencial water menagment.
