Md Sahidul Islam is a dedicated environmental and water resources engineer, currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the School of Environment, Tsinghua University, with a focus on sewer system development and management. Prior to this, he earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Water Resources and Hydroelectric and worked as a research assistant at the Key Laboratory of Yangtze River Environment, Shanghai, under the Ministry of Education, PRC. With a diverse skill set that includes data science, hydrology, and environmental impact assessment, Sahidul is a dynamic young researcher who is passionate about environmental sustainability. His research areas also include river pollution control and water quality modeling, and he has recently been working as a research assistant at The State Key Joint Laboratory of Environment Simulation and Pollution Control (SKJLESPC). In addition to his academic work, Sahidul is an active environmental activist who is committed to making a positive impact on the world. With his combination of engineering expertise, data analysis skills, and passion for sustainability, Md Sahidul Islam is well-positioned to make important contributions to the field of environmental engineering.
