I am a PhD student at the Institut national de la recherche scientifique, Canada, with over seven years of professional and research experience working on a wide range of projects in the water resources and coastal science/engineering sectors. My primary research interests include nature-based solutions for coastal protection, the eco-geomorphologic evolution of coastal marshes, and coastal adaptation in a changing climate. My research approach heavily centers science communication, and providing accessible knowledge to community stakeholders as well as scientific practitioners.
