Dr.Khalid Elsir Ahmed Nayl Assistant Professor - Water and Environment Consultant Ph.D. in Hydrogeology Interested in Hydrogeology and Hydro-geophysics B.Sc. (Hon.) in Geology, M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Hydrogeology from Alneelain University, Khartoum, Sudan in 2000, 2014 and 2020 respectively. Currently iam working as Researcher at Groundwater and Wadies Directorate, Kassala office , Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources in addition to Assistant Professor at Faculty of science, University of Kassala.

The committee was formed on the 5th of March 2020 by the Dams Unit at the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources.
