About

Dr. Sam is a Lecturer/Research Fellow at Akwa Ibom State University. He obtained his M.Sc in Physical Oceanography from Bangor University and a Ph.D. in Ocean Engineering from Zhejiang University. He has broad-based research experience with a strong interest in estuarine/marine pollution, sediment/contaminant transport, gravity currents, and buoyant plumes. Dr. Sam uses laboratory experiments and numerical simulations to explore how large-scale geophysical flows collide in estuaries and oceans.
