I am a civil engineer with both a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in water resources. I have been involved in various projects related to catchment modelling, reservoir operations for irrigation, hydropower, and flood early warning systems in Ecuador, Peru, Chile, England, and China. My current research interests include catchment hydrology, climate change, and hydrological forecasting.
