Focused on climate change adaptation to improve people's quality of life through the implementation of hydraulic infrastructure. Competent in hydrological modeling and hydraulic systems with the help of software. Skilled in teamwork, implementation of time management strategies, and execution of results-based projects. I seek to specialize in the analysis and design of hydraulic infrastructure through the use of CFD techniques and their complementation with physical hydraulic modeling, gain professional experience from innovative engineering consultants, and transfer water technology to Bolivia through my services as an international consultant and public servant.
