Abstract:
Mahmoud Radwan discusses groundwater as a resource of security and sustainability and how it is impacted by climate change and different governments. He motivates the world´s youth to advocate for better water governance policies with the Groundwater Youth Network, detailing their efforts towards the promotion of UN SDG 6 and groundwater advocacy movements. Special attention is paid to the Youth Engagement Strategy in Groundwater Governance: The Nubian Sandstone Aquifer System (NSAS) Project.
